Canyon Eyecare is fully operational and excited to welcome back our established patients. We’re also accepting new patients, with appointments typically available within a week. Whether you’re here for your regular eye care or visiting for the first time, our team is ready to provide the exceptional service you deserve.
We continue to accept all the same insurance plans that were covered when we were with Saltzer. If you’ve received a letter stating that Dr. Hainsworth no longer accepts your insurance, please note this only applies to Saltzer Health. As a provider with Canyon Eyecare, Dr. Hainsworth still accepts your insurance, so you can rest assured that your coverage is valid with us. For those with existing appointments, your records have been securely transferred, and your scheduled appointments remain unchanged. If you are a patient of Dr. McKinnon, your appointments will also proceed as planned unless we notify you of any scheduling conflicts.
